    Guests (Adults, infants and children) are required to be submit the following copies of the documents before check-in in our hotel

    For resident of Indians

    Valid individual Photo ID proof: – Passport, Driving License, Voter ID, Aadhar Card or any other Govt.approved ID. PAN Card IS NOT a valid address proof and will not be accepted.

    For Foreigners and Non Resident Indians (NRI), PIO and OCI card Holders

    Guests holding passport, PIO card holders are requested to get an RAP (Restricted Area Permit) issued from the Airport on arrival. Copies of the Passport with the Visa or PIO card or OCI card with the RAP have to be submitted at the time of Check – In.

    Booking terms & Conditions
    • Bookings will be held provisionally up to a pre-specified Cut-off date after which will be released.
    • Bookings are confirmed on 100% payment in advance.
    • Rates are subject to change without prior intimation.
    • Any changes in Govt. Taxes, the same would be charged accordingly over and above the room rates /meals.
    • Full payment in advance will be required to confirm the room reservation during peak seasons.
    Room Occupancy Policy
    • Full charge for single occupancy.
    • Only a maximum of 3 adults are allowed in one room and one child sharing bed with the parent with not above the age of 12 years.
    • Extra mattress will be provided for extra person.
    • Only one extra mattress will be allowed in one room.
    Child & Infant Policy
    • Infants and Children below the age of 5 years without extra bed will be complimentary.
    • Children between 5 years to 11 years without extra mattress will be charged as per child rates.
    • Child taking an extra mattress, adult rate will be applicable.
    • Child 12 years and above are treated as Adult.
    • Child 12 years and above or third adult will be charged as per extra adult rates.
    Cancellation Policy
    • 90% refund for cancellation received 30 days or more in advance.10% will be retained as booking charges by hotel.
    • Children between 5 years to 11 years without extra mattress will be charged as per child rates.
    • 50% refund for cancellation received 15 days in advance or more.
    • No refund for cancellation received less than 15 days in advance.
    • No refund or cancellation during puja, valentine day, Xmas and New Year.
    • No refunds for unused nights or early Check – Out.
    • The Hotel is not responsible for room cancellation because of the cancellation of flight/ferry.
    • The Hotel is not responsible for cancellation of reservation due to climate changes.
    • In case the guest has an International bank account ane then any bank charges applicable are to be borne by the customer.
    • No refunds for cancellation received on booking from December – January.
    Kindly Note
    • No refund will be given whatsoever for No-show due to cancellation of flight/ferry due to technical/weather and sea conditions.
    • No refund for unused nights or early checkout due to change in schedule of flight/ferry due to technical/weather and sea conditions.
    • Since flight/ferry schedules are subject to weather and sea conditions.
    • The ferries operate from Port Blair to Swaraj Dweep (Havelock Island) and Shaheed Dweep (Neil Island) from 06:00 AM to 02:00 PM.
    • From Swaraj Dweep (Havelock Island) and Shaheed Dweep (Neil Island) to Port Blair the ferries operate from 09:00 AM to 04:00 PM.
    • Ferry schedules may be changed by the operator. Please reconfirm with your ferry operator for the current schedule.
